Demat & Trading Preferences

1. I understand and agree that the information provided for Online Account Opening with GEPL Capital Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") may be used to verify my details in KRA databases and fetch my information from KRA databases.
2. I acknowledge and agree that the Regular Demat and Trading account opened is for sole holders only.
3. I confirm my understanding and agreement to open a Regular Demat and Trading account.
4. I acknowledge that for opting for BSDA services, I will have to submit a physical account opening/modification form/or consent through registered email id.
5. I declare that I am an Ordinary Resident Individual in India and a Indian Citizen.
6. I acknowledge that my Trading and Demat account will be opened as per the name available in the Income Tax database.
7. I consent to receiving communication messages from the Company via SMS, telephone calls, and/or WhatsApp on my registered phone number(s).
8. I authorize the Company to share my registered email ID with the Registrar and Transfer Agency (RTA).
9. I consent to receiving all statements of accounts, statements of holding, contract notes, consolidated statements, transaction statements, and annual reports in electronic form.
10. I confirm my consent to avail of the SMS alert facility in my Demat and Trading account.
11. I confirm that I have not opted for a DIS booklet at the time of account opening.
12. I authorize the automatic credit of shares and securities into my Demat account without requiring separate consent for each transaction.
13. I consent to accepting all pledge instructions in my Demat account without any further instruction.
14. I acknowledge that by opening a Demat and Trading account online, the Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction (DDPI) will be enabled for the following options:
• Transfer of securities for Stock Exchange-related deliveries/settlement obligations arising from trades executed on the Stock Exchange through the same stockbroker.
• Pledging/re-pledging of securities in favor of the Trading Member (TM)/Clearing Member (CM) to meet margin requirements.
• Mutual Fund transactions executed on Stock Exchange order entry platforms.
• Tendering shares in open offers through Stock Exchange platforms.
15. I confirm my consent to avail of the facility of internet trading using wireless technology.
16. If I do not wish to avail of all the above DDPI options, I understand that I need to use the easiest facility or TPIN by CDSL

Declarations

1. I declare that the signature and photograph provided by me belong to me and are being submitted for opening a Demat and Trading account with GEPL Capital Pvt. Ltd.
2. By providing my contact details, I authorize GEPL to contact me and send promotional communications even if I am registered under the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry.
3. I confirm that I have read and understood the rules and regulations of the Depository and Depository Participant and agree to abide by them.
4. I declare that the details furnished by me are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. In case any information is found to be false or misleading, I understand that I may be held liable for it.

General Terms & Conditions Email Statement:

1. I understand that email statements are for my convenience, and the Company is not liable for any breach of secrecy due to email transmissions.
2. I shall verify the authenticity of emails received from the Company and will not hold it responsible for any fraudulent emails from imposters.
3. The Company shall not be responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect email addresses or technical failures.

Voluntary Aadhaar Consent:

1. I Voluntary Aadhaar Consent: I voluntarily submit my Aadhaar details to GEPL Capital Pvt. Ltd. for identity and address verification.
2. I consent to the Company verifying my Aadhaar through QR code authentication or any other UIDAI-approved method.
3. The Company shall store my Aadhaar details securely and will not use them for any purpose other than compliance requirements.

FATCA Compliance:

1. FATCA Compliance: I confirm that the information provided in the FATCA declaration is true and complete.
2. I authorize GEPL to use my personal details for CBDT reporting as per applicable regulations.

• Brokerage Plan: Brokerage shall be applicable as mutually agreed upon.
• DP Charges: DP charges shall be applicable as per standard rates. If I opt for the ₹1,200/- lifetime plan or any other such plan, the AMC shall be free; otherwise, regular charges will be applicable.

E-mail/SMS and Voice Communications:

1. E-mail/SMS and Voice Communications: By registering on www.geplcapital.com, I agree to receive calls, SMS, and emails from GEPL, even if I am registered under the NDNC Registry.
2. I acknowledge that the Company will not be liable for any NDNC Registry regulations restricting such communications.

Declaration for Fund Transfer Facility:

1. I understand that 'Fund Hold/Transfer' is an additional facility provided by GEPL to facilitate online fund transfers.
2. If this facility is unavailable due to technical reasons, I shall opt for alternate payment modes like virtual account transfers or cheque payments.
3. I acknowledge that GEPL is not liable for any losses due to technical interruptions affecting fund transfers.

Final Declaration:

1. I declare that I have not been prohibited/debarred from dealing in securities by SEBI or any other regulatory authority.
2. I undertake to notify GEPL of any regulatory actions taken against me in the past three years.
3. By proceeding, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of GEPL Capital Pvt. Ltd.

Consent for Data Sharing:

1. I consent to GEPL Capital Pvt. Ltd. sharing my personal and financial information with affiliated entities, regulatory authorities, and service providers for compliance and operational purposes.
2. I acknowledge that my data may be used for analytics, risk assessment, and service enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
